Schedule
This program is intended for all athletes from beginners to experienced triathletes ready to conquer their first Sprint triathlon, or longer events such as Olympic, Half-Iron or Ironman races. Swim, bike and run sessions will be divided up into levels depending on the abilities and experience of the individual athlete.

Workouts are not mandatory, but for better results, more is better. Times are subject to change in the spring when daylight savings begins. Sunday swims also change to Thetis Lake as the weather warms in May.
